Aaron Dwight Moody, age 38, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

Born August 9, 1987, in Easley, SC, he was the son of Daniel Lee Moody, Sr. and Christy Hickey Moody.

Dwight was an incredible father and adored his children. He loved Jesus and his family, and he always had a smile on his face. He was a talented musician but also the "ultimate handyman." He could do just about anything. Some of his favorite pastimes included playing softball and riding dirt bikes. He was employed with Hydro Tek and was a member of New Life Christian Center.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Chloe Del Mitchell Moody; son, Mason Lee Moody; daughters, Emma Claire Moody and Georgia Rose Moody; and brothers, Daniel Lee Moody, Jr. (Jessica) and Daniel Willis Moody.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 3:30-4:30 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The memorial service will begin at 5:00 pm in the Chapel with Pastor Kiki Tant officiating.
