MASONMAY 17, 1925 - July 22,2010MARS HILL, NC ' Edna Tallent Mason, age 85, wife of the late Herman Jacob Mason, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2010.Born in Tallulah Falls, GA, on May 17, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Frank Tallent and Ollie Reid Tallent. Mrs. Mason was a homemaker and a member of Eureka Baptist Church in Anderson, SC.She is survived by her two children: a son, Ronnie Mason and wife, Jeanne of Franklin, NC; a daughter, Sharon Huskins and husband, Kenny of Bakersville, NC; a brother, Terrell Tallent of Beaumont, TX; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 24, 2010, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Calvin Smith and the Reverend Donald Davis.
