LEE O'NEAL October 31, 1923 - November 12, 2008ANDERSON, SCMr. Edward Lee O'Neal, age 85, of 4305 Old Mill Road, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at the AnMed Health Medical Center.Born in Anderson, SC on October 31, 1923, Mr. O'Neal was a son of the late Bonham O'Neal and Virginia Wooten O'Neal. He was a graduate of Boys' High School and retired from Anderson School District No. Five. Mr. O'Neal attended West Whitner Baptist Church.Survivors include his daughter, Lib Taylor and husband, Ray Taylor of Anderson; sisters, Louise Sanders of Myrtle Beach, SC and Catherine Rankin of Anderson; grandson, Chad Taylor and wife, Tracy Taylor of Anderson and three great-grandchildren, Emily, Anna and Christopher Taylor.In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a grandson, Chris Taylor; three brothers, Richard, William and Robert O'Neal and a sister, Alice O'Neal.A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2008 at 2:00 pm at New Silver Brook Cemetery conducted by the Reverend Jonathon McGary.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Whitner Baptist Church, 2403 W.
