Elizabeth Ambrose Kress, 93, of Anderson, passed away December 2nd, 2016 at Morningside of Anderson Assisted Living. Mrs. Kress was the daughter of the late Theodore and Ellen Rafferty Ambrose. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 13th, 1923 and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mrs. Kress is survived by her son, Daryl Kress and his wife Sandra of Anderson; grandson, Jason Kress and his wife Samarrah and granddaughter, Camilla, of Simpsonville and granddaughter-in-law, Karen Kress and grandson, Ethan, of Frederick, Colorado. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kress was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Kress; her grandson, H. Garret Kress; her brother, Theodore, and three sisters, Vera, Eileen and Eleanor. A family Memorial Service will be held at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
