ELLEN HALL October 29, 1922 - February 3, 2013 IVA, SC Ellen McKee Hall, age 90, of Iva, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Fellowship Health and Rehab. Born in Iva, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Earnest McKee and the late Nina McAllister McKee. She graduated from Iva High School and worked for Jackson Mill in Iva, where she retired. She was a member of Iva First Baptist Church which she joined in 1955. During her time there she served on every committee, she sang in the church choir for 40 years, she was a Sunday School teacher for 40 years, she was WMU Director for 30 years, she taught Bible School for 25 years and was the Church Training Director for 5 years. She is survived by one son, Pat Hall of Iva, SC; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Waymon Harley Hall, who passed away in 1997. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at 2:00 pm at Iva First Baptist Church with Reverend Jerry Gray officiating. Interment will follow at Iva City Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
