OBITUARYMRS. ELSIE WEBBANDERSON, SCMrs. Elsie Rutherford Webb, 92, of Anderson, SC, passed away on the 21st day of April, 2007, after a relatively short illness.She was born in Monroe County, West Virginia, the daughter of William and Zella Jones. Mrs. Webb was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Webb, three sisters, two brothers and a grandson, Carter Webb Moran.Survivors include children: Fred Webb, Jr. and wife, Barbara, of Boone, NC; John Webb of Diamondhead, MS; Rebecca Moran of Anderson, SC; Jane Williams and husband, Van, of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.Private Graveside Services and burial will be in the family plot at the Alderson Cemetery, Alderson, West Virginia, Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 1:00 pm. The McDougald Funeral Home of Anderson and the F.G.
