Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late George Mitchell and Cinderella Harris Mitchell. She was a retired cosmetologist and a homemaker. She was of the Baptist Faith.She is survived by sons, Danny Fowler and his wife, Janice of Simpsonville, SC, Marty Fowler and his wife, Donna of Anderson, SC; daughters, Evelyn Fowler and Ron Fellenbaum of Anderson, SC, Phyllis Logan and her husband, Larry of Anderson, SC and Tanna Burdette of Iva, SC; brothers, Rev. Marion Mitchell of Easley, SC, Herbert Mitchell of Belton, SC and Tommy Mitchell of Pelzer, SC; sisters, Mary Allen of Atlanta, GA, Pauline Bennett of Auburndale, FL, Nellie Bulick of Kingwood, TX, Doris Bradberry Holland of Williamston, SC and Sarah Mitchell of the home; eighteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, George Mitchell, Jr., and a grandchild, Elijah Logan.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home by the Reverend Brian Gray.
