The McDougald Funeral Home 2211 North Main Street Anderson, South Carolina 29621 864-224-4343 OBITUARY: ANDERSON, SC EMMA KAYE LEWIS January 18, 2013 - January 25, 2013 Little Emma Kaye Lewis, seven day old daughter of Adam and Teta Lewis, joined the angels in heaven on Friday, January 25, 2013, upon her death at Greenville Memorial Hospital, while in her Mommy's arms and with her Daddy at her side. Emma's parents are members of Bethany Baptist Church in Belton. Survivors include her mother Teta Pamela Maness Lewis and father, Adam Daniel Lewis of 131 Stanmoore Drive, Anderson; brother Edison Daniel Lewis of the home; maternal grandmother, Kaye Maness of Anderson; paternal grandfather, Bobby C. Lewis of Anderson; paternal great-grandmother, Merle Lewis of Anderson; maternal great-grandmother, Louise Wyatt of Greenville; also surviving are a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. Emma was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Wayne Maness and paternal grandmother, Deborah Lewis. The funeral service to celebrate and honor the life of Emma Kaye will be held at the Bethany Baptist Church in Belton on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at 3:30 PM, with Rev. Andy Hall officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at the McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, from 6 PM until 8 PM. Those attending the Funeral Service are asked to wear something pink in honor of Emma.
