Ms. Ethel "Ellie" Conner Cullen, 96, of Anderson, SC died on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Rainey Hospice House. Ms. Cullen was born to the late Ernest Grant and Florence Dorothy Butler Conner on December 7, 1920 in Indiana, Pennsylvania. She was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church. Ms. Cullen is survived by her daughter: Gloria Rugino and husband James of Anderson, SC; one son: Walter Ducoing and wife Linda of Long Island, NY; and one brother: Ernest Conner of Long Island, NY; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents Ms. Cullen was preceded in death by two sisters: Bessie Chapman and Juanita Limp; one grandson: Michael Anthony Rugino; and one great grandson: Anthony Ripplone. A graveside service will be held at New Silver Brook Cemetery in Anderson, SC Monday, March 27, 2017 at 2:00p.m.with Father Mike Jones officiating.
