She retired from Abney Mills and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. She was also homemaker.Survivors include her sons, Larry Whitlock and his wife, Fannie of Central and Donnie Whitlock of Anderson; daughters, Jean Holden and her husband, Folger of Central, Joann Todd and her husband, Richard of Six Mile, Lynn Greer and her husband, Ronnie of Williamston and Cathy Lowe and her husband, Mitch of Belton; eight brothers; five sisters; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Hopewell Baptist Church officiated by the Reverend Ken Keaton. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Monday, July 6, 2009 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
