Etrulia "Trudy" Graham Sanders October 21, 1931 - August 16, 2012 Melva Etrulia Sanders, age 80, formerly of Summit Place, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Rainey Hospice House. Born in LaFrance, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ronnie Graham and the late Jessie Madden Graham. She was an honors graduate of Anderson College and attended Limestone College. She retired from DHEC as a Secretary for the Director. She enjoyed ballroom dancing as well as teaching. She was a member of Orrville Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Michael Sanders and his wife Debbie of Anderson; and a sister, Barbara Ethridge of Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Larry "Jack" Keith Graham and Ronnie Mac Graham; and a sister, Ginny Bennett. The Graveside service will be held on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Reverend Charlie Brookshire will officiate. The family will be at the residence, 1032 Due West Hwy and will receive friends at the McDougald Funeral Home on Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
