Eula Mae Thacker HayesFebruary 15, 1918 - January 1, 2009ANDERSON, SCEula Mae Thacker Hayes, age 90 of 202 D Street, passed away on January 1, 2009 at her residence.Born in Georgia on February 15, 1918, Mrs. Hayes was the daughter of the late Ezra Fleeman and Onie Ray Fleeman. She retired from Nanny's Nursery at the age of 83. She was a member of Fair Play Church of God, but attended West Anderson Church of God.Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Hayes, of the home; daughter, Dorothy Thacker Seymour and her husband, Hershel of Anderson; stepson Edward Hayes and his wife, Peggy of Sandy Springs; brother, J.C. Fleeman and his wife, Beatrice of Anderson; granddaughter Velessia Ertzberger and her husband, Terry of Anderson and a number of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.She was predeceased by two brothers and one sister.The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2009 at Noon in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Mark Daniel officiating.
