GIBSONFEBRUARY 10, 1921 - March 1, 2009DECATUR, GA ' Evelyn Louise Lyle Gibson, age 88, of 313 Braeburn Drive, Anderson, SC, and longtime resident of 1256 Tacoma Way, Decatur, GA, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2009, at the AnMed Health Medical Center.Born in Atlanta, GA, on February 10, 1921, she was a daughter of the late C. E. & Evie Watson Lyle. She retired from the Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company in Atlanta and was a member of Rehobeth Baptist Church in Tucker.In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Clovis Lee Gibson; her sister, Eva Mae Hanes; and an infant brother. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.Survivors include her immediate cousins: Dee Steely of Anderson, Mary Alewine and husband, Bill Alewine of Anderson, and Robert Yon and wife, Freida Yon of Anderson.A Graveside Service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, 3000 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA, conducted by the Reverend T.
