EVELYN KING October 2, 1932 - December 20, 2006ANDERSON, SCMrs. Evelyn Mize King, age 74 of 141 Victorian Drive, wife of the late Ray King, died Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at her residence.Born in Oconee County, SC on October 2, 1932, Mrs. King was a daughter of Beulah McDonald Mize and the late Olin Mize. She was retired from Clark-Schwebel and was a member of Orrville Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Michael R. King and his wife, Tammy B. King of Anderson, SC; daughter, Sue K. Davis and her husband, Jimmy of Buford, GA; mother, Beulah McDonald Mize, of Seneca, SC; brothers, Homer Mize of Walhalla, SC and Charles Mize of Seneca, SC; sister, Linda M. Holden of Seneca, SC; four grandchildren, Jared King and his wife, Sara, Christopher Ballard, Emily and Julie Davis of Buford, GA. A great-grandson, Brandon King also survives.In addition to her husband and father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Olin Mize, Jr., and Clayton Mize and a sister, Utez M. Powell.The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 22, 2006 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Wendell Bannister.
