Evelyn Patricia Rice, age 76, of Easley, SC, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Fleetwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Born May 12, 1945, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Robert Bratcher and Lillie Mae Hunnicut Bratcher. Evelyn loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and will be dearly missed. She is survived by her son, Randall Rice; daughters, Jackie Snuggs and Mary Anne Brown; grandchildren, Eddie Surett, Jonathan Surett, Jeremy Surett, Cameron Surett, Brandy Surett, Krystal Snuggs, and Brent Snuggs; and great grandchildren, Colton Jones and Melanie McAbee. The family will receive friends Monday, February 28, 2022, from 1:30-2:30 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 3:00 pm at New Silver Brook Cemetery.
