Farrell "Mack" McCrory Anderson, SC Farrell Watson "Mack" McCrory, age 78, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Conecuh County, AL, he was the son of the late Willie Lee and Myra McCrory. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, earning medals as expert rifleman and sharpshooter. He retired from BASF after 29 years of service in supervision. Mack enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening, but his true passion was his love of family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Jo McCrory; his daughters, Tamela Singleton and her husband Barry, and Kimberly Fischer, all of Anderson; five grandchildren, Alicia Forshee and her son Hayden Forshee, Kelsey Fischer and her son Noah Priester, Quinten Fischer, and Courtney and Casey Singleton; and a sister, Willine Floyd. The Funeral Service will be held at Oakwood Baptist Church on Sunday, February 8, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Jeff Davis and Reverend Jeff Bartlett officiating. Interment will follow at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veteran's Cemetery on Monday, February 9, 2015, at 12:30 p.m. with Military Honors. The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, February 7, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Flowers are optional or memorials may be made to Oakwood Baptist Church, 304 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625.
