Faye Lowe Carwile, age 87, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Rainey Hospice House.
Born August 3, 1939, in Belton, SC, she was the daughter of the late Paul Lowe and Ruth Bryant Lowe. She was also preceded in death by her husbands Floyd Bradshaw, Steve Tollison, and Claude Carwile; and sister, Pat Sanders.
Faye was a graduate of Belton High School and was crowned Miss Belton. She went on to participate in the Miss South Carolina Pageant. She also enjoyed Clemson University football and dancing. Some of her most cherished times were spent at lunches with the "Carolina Girls" which included her sister and best friends from Belton. Above all else, Faye was devoted to her family. Her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were a gift in her life that she cherished above all else.
She is survived by her children, Ken Bradshaw (Raye), Rick Bradshaw (Sandy), and Paula Martin (Jon); brother, Larry Lowe (Joyce); sisters, Betty Jo Thompson and Brenda Darby; grandchildren, Haley Brown (Russell), Lauren Branyon (Scott), and Kensie Garrison (Matthew), Matt Bradshaw (Heather), Drew Bradshaw (Candice), and Luke Bradshaw (Michelle), Logan Martin and Colt Martin (Brooke); and 10 great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 2:30 pm at North Anderson Baptist Church with Rev. Philip Blankenship and Rev. Mitch Brooks officiating. A private burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
