Willie Faye Freeman Culbertson, age 77, of Anderson, SC, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at NHC Healthcare Anderson. Born November 29, 1945, in Monroe County, GA, she was a daughter of the late Martha Freeman Norris. She was married to the late William Leroy Culbertson. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Rev. Wayne Powell, Thadius Norris, Daniel "Dinky" Norris, and Diane Steel. Faye was a devoted Christian lady who enjoyed church life, singing, reading the Bible, socializing with friends, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Old Paths Holiness Church. She is survived by her sons, Tim Culbertson (Beverly) and Randy Culbertson (Barbie) both of Anderson; daughter, Donna Marie Culbertson of Anderson; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, January 16, 2023, from 5:00-8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Jordan officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at 2926 Plainview Road, Anderson, SC 29626.
