The McDougald Funeral Home2211 North Main StreetAnderson, South Carolina 29621864-224-4343OBITUARY:Anderson, SC FRANCES HARBINANDERSON, SC ' Frances Elizabeth Cochran Harbin, wife of George Harbin, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2011, at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.Born in Spartanburg, she was the oldest of the nine children born to the late Andy Cochran and Viola Morgan Cochran. Mrs. Harbin retired from Mt. Vernon Mill in Williamston and was a member of the Freedom Center of Anderson, formerly named the First Assembly of God.In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters: Shelby Jean Pruitt of Belton, and Marianne Addis of Anderson; brother, Robert Cochran of Spartanburg; sisters: Mary Crowe of Anderson, Barbara Milan, Viola Bailey, Elizabeth Ballew, and Rachel McAbee, all of Spartanburg; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.She was predeceased by her parents and two brothers.The Funeral Service will be held at 3pm on Sunday, February 6, 2011, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home.
