Mrs. Frances Corine Kay, age 73, widow of C. Richard Kay of 865 Williams Street, Pendleton, SC, passed on to join her husband on Friday, September 16, 2005 at her residence.Born in Walhalla, SC on November 11, 1931, Mrs. Kay was the daughter of the late Tyler and Myra Lumpkin and goddaughter of Eula Lumpkin. She retired from Mt. Vernon Mills and was of the Baptist Faith.Mrs. Kay is survived by one daughter, Karen Kay and two sons, David and Scott Kay, all of Pendleton, SC; a granddaughter, Tammy Kay of Pendleton, SC. Mrs. Kay is also survived by her half-sisters, Florence Swan and Mattie Weeks.The family will be at the home of Karen Kay, 865 Williams Street, Pendleton, SC.
