Frances Caroline Lewis, 89, of Anderson, SC passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at her home with her family by her side.

Born June 22, 1935, in Anderson, SC, she was a daughter of the late Ralph Griffin and Pearl Grindstaff Griffin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James "Bull" Lewis; son, Skipper Lewis; and daughter, Diane LaBoone.

A retired nurses aid, Frances loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano and was a huge Clemson football fan. She loved the Lord and serving Him.

She is survived by her son, Brian Lewis; daughter, Teressa Lewis; sisters, Barbara Berry and Gaynell Fulford; granddaughter, Joanna Fleming (Dean); and great grandchildren, Eva Pearl Fleming, Deanna Whitfield (Matthugh) and Angelina Fleming.

Per her wishes, her body was donated to Med-Cure for science. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
