Obituary
Frances H. Powell, 86, of Anderson, SC, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
Born in Fair Play, SC, she was the daughter of the late Louis Francis Hornick and Bozena Voboril Hornick. She was the widow of Jesse Boyce Powell.
She is survived by her sister, son, grandson, nieces and nephews.
The committal service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park for Frances will be private.
