FRANCES ADAMS PRUITT June 25, 1922 - June 11, 2013 ANDERSON, SC Frances Adams Pruitt, age 90, of Anderson, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at Morningside Assisted Living. Born in Elberton, GA, she was the daughter of the late Claude S. Adams and the late Irene Hall Adams. She enjoyed antiques and was a member of First Baptist Church in Anderson. She is survived by her sons, Marion E. Pruitt, Jr and his wife Millie of Anderson, SC and Claude Philip Pruitt and his wife Patty of Washington, DC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marion E. Pruitt, Sr., a brother, William Elbert Adams; and a sister, Margaret Adams Mullikin. The Graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 4:00 PM at New Silver Brook Cemetery with Dr. James R. Thomason officiating.
