Frances Evelyn Bowen Sauls, 98, of Anderson, SC passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at NHC of Anderson. Born December 17, 1919 in LaFrance, SC, she was the wife of the late Rondall Dewey Sauls. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nalley Leo Bowen; son, Ron Sauls and sister, Violet Sandow. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church. She is survived by her grandchildren, Dee Sauls, Scott Sauls, Bo Sauls, Chuck Sauls, Jody Sauls and Bryan Sauls and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:30 pm Friday, November 9, 2018 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00pm with Dr. Don Cox and Rev.
