Vaughn, died Sunday, May 21, 2006 at the Hospice House in Anderson.Born in Anderson, SC on July 20, 1934, Mrs. Vaughn was the daughter of the late Curtis 'Bill' Theron Pickens and Lola Frances Merritt Pickens. She was a former employee of Orr Lyons Mill and The First Baptist Church of Anderson. She was a member of Orrville Baptist Church and the Esther Sunday School class.She is survived by daughters, Kathy V. Johnson and her husband, Tommy K. Johnson, Teena V. Littlefield and her husband, Bruce Littlefield; grandchildren, Reid Johnson and his wife, Jamie, Kati Johnson, Blair Miller, Merritt Miller, Brittany Littlefield and a great-grandchild, Blake Johnson.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Reverend Mack David Pickens and a sister, Peggy Pickens. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Wendell Bannister and Dr. Don Wilson. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 23, 2006 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.The family will be at the home of her daughter, Teena V. Littlefield, 505 Hopewell Ridge, Anderson, SC.
