She retired from textiles at the Equinox Mill and was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple.Survivors include her sons, James 'Monk' Bradford, Doug Bradford of Anderson, Michael Bradford of Starr, Roger Bradford and Marcus Bradford of Iva; daughters, Wanda Burgess of Lavonia, GA and Sylvia Davis of Anderson; stepsons, Frankie Gene Wilbanks and Bruce Wilbanks of Anderson; sister, Ophelia Gentry of Anderson; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifton E. Bradford and second husband, Coy Gene Wilbanks; daughter, Debra McClaflin; brothers, J. C. Davis, Daniel Davis, Floyd Davis and Hugh Davis and sisters, Viola Taylor, Lucille Taylor, Floride Chambers, Maybelle Holmes and Ilene Davis and a great-grandson.The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 21, 2008 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Sam Duncan.
