Franklin Roosevelt "Frankie" Dyches, age 64, of Anderson, SC, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Regency Hospital of Greenville. Born July 29, 1957, in Bamberg, SC, he was a son of Roosevelt Dyches and the late Helen Poteat Dyches. Frankie was a graduate of Tri-County Technical College and was retired from Milliken. He is survived by his wife, Rita Pauline Patterson Dyches; sons, Gary D. Dyches (April) and Eric W. Dyches (Tina); brothers, Marty Dyches and Jamie Dyches; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Tanya Elaine Dyches; grandson, Cruz Dyches; brother, Randy Dyches; and sister, Sharon Dyches. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 3, 2022, from 5:00-7:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Monday, April 4, 2022, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home.
