Mr. Stephens retired from Rocky River Mill with 32 years service and worked at School District 3 for 5 years. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. He was a loving and devoted husband, daddy and granddaddy. Survivors include his wife of the home; three grandchildren, Travis Lee Stephens and Stephanie, William Keith Stephens and Patricia, Thomas Matthew Stephens and Tara; five great-grandchildren, Ryan, Kinslee, Taylor, Hayden and Lexi and two brothers, Larry Stephens, Sevierville, TN, Kenneth Stephens, Demont, IN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sons, Thomas Eugene Stephens, William Russell Stephens, Danny Ray Stephens; four brothers, James, Wesley, Mickey and J. D. Stephens and a sister, Geraldine Sizemore.The Funeral Service will be Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Bruce Evans and Reverend Gene Graham officiating.
