Freda Kay Adkins Rockwell, age 66, of Starr, SC, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021, at her home. Born April 13, 1954 in Logan, WV, she was the daughter of the late Wilde Adkins and Edna Smith Adkins. Freda enjoyed cooking and cleaning and loved Christmas so much that she kept her home decorated for the holiday year-round. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Lane Edward Rockwell; son, Troy Carrington; daughter, Rhonda Udell; 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren with one more on the way. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Carrington. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
