Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Seab Vickery and Oudia King Vickery. She was a homemaker, and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her two daughters, Angie Johnston and her husband, Dave of Townville, SC, Nikki Lunsford and her husband, Ray of Anderson, SC; brothers, Robert Vickery and his wife, Cherry, and Eddie Vickery and his wife, Carol; sister, Wanda Carson; grandchildren, Haylee and Alexis Johnston, Austin & Dylan Sanders; and her life partner, Tommy Shead. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Michael Allen, a brother, Charles Vickery. The Graveside Service will be held Monday, July 23, 2012 at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be at the homes of Brenda Moore, 3807 Allston Street, Anderson, SC and Eddie Vickery, 406 Regency Circle, Anderson, SC, and will receive friends on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at The McDougald Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
