Mr. Garold S. Wiles, 86, of 221 McAdams Road, Iva, SC died peacefully at his home on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Mr. Wiles was the son of the late Will W. and Iva Delree Sanders Wiles born on November 23, 1930 in Iva, SC. Mr. Wiles was a loom fixer for Jackson Mills for 41 years. Mr. Wiles is survived by his loving wife: Nellie Ruth Hewell Wiles of their home; three daughters: Yvonne S. Holley and Debbie Wiles both of Iva, SC and Pam E. Wiles of Starr, SC; one brother: Herman B. Wiles and wife Martha; and one sister: Sherry D. Hall and husband Doug all of Iva, SC; and numerous grandchildren. In addition to his parents Mr. Wiles was preceded in death by a brother: Edward Wiles and one great-grandchild: Brody Ezekiel Holley. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Mike Wiles officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Anderson, SC. The Wiles family will receive friends from 12:00pm - 2:00pm on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the funeral home.
