Gayle "Annie" Addison White, age 66, of Anderson, SC, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born November 7, 1954 in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of Betty Jo Bates Addison and the late Dwain Addison. She was married to Ron White until his death in 2016. Gayle was a 1973 graduate of McDuffie High School and she enjoyed studying industrial electronics. Together with her husband, they founded RWI (Ron White Industrial) in Anderson, SC. She was formerly a member of the Electric City Shag Club and was a member of Varennes Heights Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Kelley Michelle White of Anderson, SC; granddaughter, Riley Michelle Wyatt; mother, Betty Jo Addison of Anderson, SC; brother, Robin Addison of Anderson, SC; sister, Susan Chastain (Eddie) of Anderson, SC; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, February 19, 2021, from 2:00-3:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:30 pm in the Chapel with Rev. Sam Duncan officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. All employees of RWI will serve as pallbearers.
