GEORGETTE LEE SMITH January 16, 1956 - May 20, 2008STARR, SCMrs. Georgette Lee Smith, age 52, wife of Phil Smith of 1857 Brown Road, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at the AnMed Health Women's & Children's Hospital in Anderson.Born in Berwyn, Illinois on January 16, 1956, Mrs. Smith was a daughter of Leroy J. Giroux and the late Alice Daiker Giroux. Survivors include her husband of the home; son, Derek Lee Smith of Anderson, SC; father, Leroy J. Giroux; brothers, Gary, Leonard, Tommy and Brian Giroux; sisters, Michelle Stafford, Jan Theiss and Darlene Giroux.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, May 23, 2007 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.The family will be at their respective homes.The McDougald Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
