Gerald Allen Barnett, 67, of Anderson, SC passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at his home. Born January 16, 1951 in Sumter, SC, he was a son of the late Brown and Jeanette Ruth Johnson Barnett. He retired with 25 years of service from U.S. Food Service, was an avid Clemson fan and a member of IPTAY. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 44 years, Bobbie Sue Mayfield Barnett; daughters, Christina June Scruggs (Scott) and Amanda Sue Harvey (Jamaal); brother, Gene Barnett (Mary); six grandchildren, Brittany Lynn Barkow, Amber Nichole Scruggs, Andrew Scott Allen Scruggs, Austin Brown Scruggs, William Jordan Barnett and Matthew Allen Barnett and three great-grandchildren.
