Callaham of 403 Abercrombie Road, died Monday, February 16, 2009 at the AnMed Health Medical Center.Born in Oconee County, SC on February 18, 1917, Mrs. Callaham was a daughter of the late Oscar Driver and Maude Wilson Driver. She was retired and worked in textiles for many years. She was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church and the Alathean Sunday School Class.Survivors include her husband, Edward J. Callaham of the home; son, Ed Callaham and his wife, Katie of Anderson; daughter, Diana Powell and her husband, Bill of Spring Texas; six grandchildren, Bryan Powell and his wife, Denise, Brad Powell, Tamara Goodwin and her husband, Barry, Kristi Frederick and her husband Johnny, Michael Callaham and his fianc', Megan Phillips; Jennifer Callaham and four great-grandchildren, Alexander Powell, Taylor Goodwin, Hunter Goodwin and Lexi Frederick.In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by 6 brothers and 3 sisters.The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Mike Davis. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 pm.The family will be at the home of her son, 2214 Surfside Drive, Anderson, SC.Flowers are optional.
