Gladys Evatt Taub, 93, passed from this life on Tuesday, April 5, 2023 at AnMed Health Medical Center after a short illness. Mrs. Taub is survived by her son, William Evatt (Beth) of Piedmont; daughters, Linda Oakley of Anderson and Donna Taylor (Sammy) of Anderson; grandchildren, John Evatt (Janet) of Central and Jason Wilson (Annette) of Anderson; great grandchildren, Riley Wilson, Skyler Evatt (Markie) and Avery Evatt. Mrs. Taub was preceded in death by her husbands, John Evatt and Fred Taub and by her granddaughter, Christy Wilson Parr and brother, Eugene Allen. The family wishes to offer a special thanks to her longtime caregiver, Malinda Sims. The immediate family will have a private graveside service conducted by Rev. John Evatt. Visitation with the family will be held in the fellowship hall of Pendleton Presbyterian Church from 4-6 pm Wednesday, April 12, 2023. The families will be at their respective homes.
