Milton Glenn Thompson, age 70, of Belton, SC, passed away at his home on Thursday, October 7, 2021, with his family by his side. Born September 5, 1951, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late G.C. Thompson and Dorothy Pack Thompson. Glenn was retired from 3M with 40 years of faithful service to the company. He enjoyed his time farming and working on tractors. He was a life long member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Dianne Jackson Thompson; son, Timothy Glenn Thompson (Tracie) of Belton, SC; daughter, Karen Chapman (Cain) of Williamston, SC; sister, Darlene Brooks (Mike); grandchildren and great grandchildren; and dear friend, Terry Alexander. A graveside service will be held Monday, October 11, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Billy Dickerson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
