Gloria Moody Long, age 71, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born September 3, 1947 in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of Margaret Browder Moody and the late Thomas F. Moody. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, where she served in several capacities. She was a retired banker and devoted "Gamecock" fan. She is survived by her husband, Bob Long, Sr. of Anderson, SC; son, Dr, Bobby Long (Sarah) of Anderson, SC; brother, Tommy Moody of Columbia, SC; sister, Linda Moody of Columbia, SC; two grandchildren, Claire and Collen Long and her rescue dog, Gabe. The memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm Friday, October 19, 2018 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 209 E. Broad, Street, Anderson with Pastor Chris Fischer officiating.
