Mr. Gordon Eugene 'Tony' Jennings, age 65, of 204 Kitty Corner Circle, Iva, SC, died Thursday, April 26, 2007, at the AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson.Born in Oconee County, South Carolina, on January 17, 1942, Mr. Jennings was a son of the late William H. Jennings and the late Lillian Hunnicutt Jennings. He was retired and attended Gethsemane Baptist Temple.Survivors include his daughters, Debra Jennings McCoy of Honea Path, SC; Diane Massey of Bowman, GA; Lisa Jennings Norris of Belton, SC, and Crystal Whitaker of Iva, SC; one brother, William C. Jennings of Anderson, SC, and sisters, Shirley Freeman, Ellen JoBeth Jennings and Sarah Jennings all of Anderson, SC, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.A Graveside Service will be held Sunday, April 29, 2007, at 3:00 pm at New Silverbrook Cemetery with Reverend Sam Duncan officiating.The family will receive friends Saturday, April 28, 2007, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home.The family will be at the home of a sister Sarah Jennings, 227 Foster Street, Anderson, SC.Flowers are optional.
