GETSINGERJUNE 14, 1922 - June 22, 2011ANDERSON, SC ' Grace Kinard Getsinger, age 89, wife of the late Johnny Getsinger, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.Born June 14, 1922, in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Silas Grady Kinard and Essie Lollis Kinard. Mrs. Getsinger was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church where she was a member of the Golden Rule Sunday School Class.Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Walker of Mountville, SC; and two sisters: Hazel Stephens and Margie Brock, both of Anderson, SC; and two grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Sammy Getsinger; and two sisters: Cecil Sanders and Ruby Jean Getsinger.The Funeral Service will be held at Noon on Thursday, June 23, 2011, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by Dr. Glenn Taylor.
