Carrico, born July 31, 1949, in Evansville, IN, died January 19, 2011 at the AnMed Health Medical Center, Anderson, SC. He was a son of Wayne Kilander Carrico and Lois Eileen Ice Carrico. Gregg was a graduate of Seabreeze High School, Daytona Beach, FL and Florida State University earning a Master's degree in Business.Gregg began his employment as a lifeguard in Ormond Beach, FL. He became a manufacturing and paint production supervisor at Florida Production Engineering and then with Fame Plastics both of Daytona Beach, FL. He later was employed at NQ in Elberton, GA and ended his employment at the Lake Hartwell Marina, Anderson, SC.In addition to his parents, Gregg is survived by his wife, Ann of 31 years; his beloved pet, Sampson; his daughter, Tish Atehortua and her husband, Hamell of Orlando, FL; a son, Bill Amadio of Ormond Beach, FL; two grandchildren, Rachel Barnett of Orlando, FL and Travis Amadio of Louisville, KY; two sisters, Sandra Veinot and her husband, Dick, and Dyanne Havner and her husband, Joe; nephews, Jason Veinot and Joseph Havner; and a niece, Amanda Havner.Gregg was preceded in death by his brother, Mark.A Memorial Service will be held at The First United Methodist Church of Ormond Beach on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 3:00 pm. A private burial will be held at a later date in Hillside Cemetery in Ormond Beach.Memorials may be made to the Anderson County Humane Society, P.O.
