TOWNVILLE, SC'Mr. Guy Ellis Bagwell, age 71, husband of Mary Eloise Fleming Bagwell, of 1306 Slaton Road, Townville, SC passed away Saturday, May 27, 2006 at Hart Care Center in Hartwell, GA.Born on January 25, 1935 in Anderson County, SC, Mr. Bagwell was the son of the late Broadus Bagwell and the late Gladys Holland Bagwell. He retired from BASF as a security officer and was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church, a Master Mason of the Ruff Masonic Lodge, and a U.S. Army veteran.Mr. Bagwell is survived by his wife, Mary Eloise Bagwell of the home; two sons, Keith Bagwell of Anderson, SC and Jack Bagwell of Belton, SC; one daughter, Joy Cooper of Townville, SC; two brothers, Reverend Ralph Bagwell of Seneca, SC and Harold Bagwell of Milwaukee, WI; one sister, Doris Feltman of Anderson, SC; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents, Mr. Bagwell was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lynn Bagwell; two brothers, Charles 'Jack' and James 'Jim' Bagwell; and a sister, Frances Connally.The family is at the residence.
