Guy Randall Johnson, age 74, of Anderson, SC, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Brookstone Terrace of Woodruff. Born November 6, 1947, in Anderson, he was a son of the late Jerome William Johnson, Sr. and Evelyn Evans Johnson. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerome William "Jerry" Johnson, Jr. Following graduation in Anderson he proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a retired private investigator having owned Allied Investigative Service. Guy was a proud member of South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators, an avid chess player, enjoyed golfing and driving his Corvette. He is survived by his sons, Guy Eric Johnson of Crofton, MD, and Drew Braeden Johnson and his wife Heavenly Sunshine Johnson of Simpsonville, SC; sister, Andrea Johnson Loner Ryman; and grandchildren, Carey Braeden Johnson and Ethan Andrew Johnson. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 9, 2022, from 2:00-3:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service with military honors will begin at 3:00 pm in the Chapel with Rev.
