Hailey Marie Hebert, 9 day old daughter of Richard and Julia Koulikova Hebert of Starr, SC, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Though she was not with us long, she was loved beyond measure. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Bentley William Hebert; maternal grandmother, Rita Gatton; paternal grandparents, Lawrence Hebert and Sue Warner; uncle, Casey Hebert; aunt, Chloe Ferguson; and numerous cousins. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 11, 2022, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home.
