He was a 1989 graduate of McDuffie High School and was a certified electrician. He had worked for many years with Blair Mills as an electrician. Scott was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Jody Lee Shaw; sister, Wendy Shaw Simpson; four nephews and four nieces, all of Anderson.The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Larry Cox. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.The family will be at the home of his parents, and will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.Flowers are optional.
