LADEWIG July 17, 1913 - March 18, 2009ANDERSON, SCHazel Louella Price Ladewig, age 95, formerly of 135 Dyar Avenue, died Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at Ellenburg Nursing Center.Born in Lake Geneva, WI on July 17, 1913, Mrs. Ladewig was a daughter of the late Ray Housholder and Frances Gray Housholder. She lived in Waukegan, Illinois for many years and retired from Abbott Laboratories as an inspector. She lived in Knoxville, TN for several years before moving to Anderson, SC. She was a Methodist.Survivors include her son, William J. Price of Anderson; sister, June Knapp of Iron River, MI and Catherine Cowfer of Waukegan, IL; three grandchildren, Pam Clark of Lavonia, GA, Donald Price of Travelers Rest and Roger Price of Seymour, TN; eight great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Clifford Nelson Price and Emory 'Pete' Ladewig; brothers, Clyde and Kenny Housholder and sisters, Blanche Allen and Mildred Stevens.A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Wayne Watson.The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.The family will be at the home of her son, 135 Dyar Drive, Anderson.A message of condolence may be sent to the family by visitingwww.mcdougaldfuneralhome.comThe McDougald Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
