SMITHNOVEMBER 1, 1928 - June 9, 2011ANDERSON, SC ' Loving mother and wife, Hazel Richardson Smith, died after an extended illness at her daughter's residence in Florida.Born November 1, 1928, in Hart County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Q.A. and Amy Wilson Richardson and the wife of the late Reverend Clarence E. 'Pete' Smith. Mrs. Smith retired from Southern Bell Telephone Company.Survivors include two daughters: Clarice Smith Bledsoe of Orange Park, FL, and Valerie Smith Towles and husband, David, of North Augusta, SC; four grandchildren: Stephen & Amanda Bledsoe, and Nathan & Elizabeth Towles; two great grandchildren: Taylor Royal and Trinity Bledsoe; and close friends: Wayne & Nancy Bledsoe.A Graveside Service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at New Silver Brook Cemetery.
