Helen Williams Bradford, age 96, of Greenwood, SC, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 14, 2022, at Wesley Commons Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born May 2, 1926, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Clifford W. Williams and Lillie Belle Elrod Williams. She was married for 59 years to Jack Andrews Bradford until his death in 2005. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jack Andrews "Brad" Bradford, Jr.; and sisters, Billie Williams and Mary Williams. Helen enjoyed playing bridge, golfing, traveling, and cooking. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and loved caring for others. She is survived by her daughters, Ann Van Fossen (Dave) of Cypress, TX, and Marcia Mia (Rey) of Millersville, MD; grandchildren, Vince Van Fossen of Woodlands, TX, Adam Van Fossen (Traci) of Corinth, TX, Rachel Mia of Houston, TX, and Ben Mia of Millersville, MD; and great grandson, Caleb Van Fossen. A private graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
