Helen Beatrice Hampton Davis, age 97, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the Rainey Hospice House. Born in Spartanburg, SC on January 13, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Millard Carver and the late Effie M Carver. She was retired from Anderson Mill and was a member of Carpenter's Church. She is survived by her two sons, Guy Davis, of Anderson, SC and Tony Davis and his wife Donna, of Simpsonville, SC; 19 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Lee Davis; three sons, T.E., Marion and Ronnie Davis; and a daughter, Annette Davis Bowen. The Funeral Service will be held at Taylor Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Brent Lollis officiating. Interment will follow at Iva City Cemetery.
