Helen Hudgens Long, age 89, of Anderson, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at the Rainey Hospice House. She was survived by a son, David Long (Susan); a daughter Glinda Billings (Allen); 3 grandchildren, Deborah Jefferson (Randall), Dwayne Billings (Vanessa), and Nathan Long (Robin); 4 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren, all of Anderson; and a brother, Olin Hudgens (Irene) of San Louis Obispo, CA. The family will be at the home of Glinda and Allen Billings, 112 Ora Lane, Anderson, and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, May 29, 2015, from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. A graveside service will be conducted at 3 PM on Friday, May 29, 2015, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with Pastor Stephanie Jones officiating.
